Casual color-block

This spring, peplums are ALL the rage! On the runway, at the oscars, or even a cute, casual weekend outfit! Peplums are very girly and feminine, but if you want to tough it up a little, you can try wearing it with cute combat boots. Or go full out girly! Where a peplum dress with wedges or pumps, and you could pile on some pearl necklaces for an adorable effect.
